Route: Lemmer – Urk – Endhuizen – Medemblik – Harlingen – Hindeloppen – Lemmer

Briefing for skippers. I racing day. Passage to Urk – a cute little town with a big beautiful lighthouse (15 nm)
II Racing Day. Passage to Enkhuizen (12 nm). Endhuizen is a historical city with a 17th-century town hall, the House of Weights and Measures, and a defensive wall with bastions. The Open-air museum on the banks of the Zuiderzee looks like an old village with fishing boats, mills, and smokehouses.
Visit the Maritime Museum and the Open Air Museum.
III Racing Day. Passage to Medemblik (8 nm).The main part of Medemblik’s architecture consists of ancient mansions from the 17th century. One of the oldest buildings in the city is Radboud Castle from the 13th century. Сulinary competition.
IV Racing Day.Passage through the lock of the outer dam into the Wadden Sea, a tidal zone, to the pretty old town of Harlingen, where the Dutch naval base located during the East India Company. (28 nm).
V Racing Day, Passage to Hindeloppen (15 nm). A 17th-century lock decorated with a bell tower. “The Liars’ Bench”, where retired skippers always sit and spin various tales from their maritime past. The Skating Museum, a favorite winter pastime of the Dutch, houses the largest collection of skates in the world.
VI Racing Day. Return to Lemmer. (20 nm). Winner’s reward ceremony
