Choose between

April 29, 2026. Meeting at Nice Airport at 12:30. Transfer to a winery in an 18th-century castle, where a unique complex run by the same family for 11 generations awaits us: a Gallo-Roman villa, a 12th-century vaulted cellar, and a Cru Classé vineyard. Cocktail competition. Three rounds — free creation, technical challenge, and a mandatory product — will determine the champion.

April 30, 2026. Breakfast. In a 12th-century cellar, an audiovisual journey through time will take you from the era of Julius Caesar to the present day, exploring the history of Provence, the life of a winemaking monastery, and the story of one family across the centuries. Then, visit a magical attic with spirits from around the world and a liqueur maker’s garden. Accompanied by a guide, you will search for plants, trees, and shrubs used for infusions: verbena, coriander, thyme, rosemary… Tour of the production facility and tasting. We then continue to another castle winery, where at 6:00 PM we will explore rosé wines and taste four varieties. Overnight at the winery.

May 1, 2026. Breakfast. We travel to another winery to discover three wines and enjoy French cuisine: two starters, two main courses, and dessert. Overnight in the villa.

May 2, 2026. Breakfast. At 10:30 AM, we meet a baker who will share his expertise. You will make your own French baguettes and bake them in a traditional wood-fired oven (1.5 hours). Transfer to the marina (1 hour). Yacht check-in and grocery shopping.

May 3, 2026. Sailing to Cavalaire-sur-Mer, the charming Sainte-Maxime, or vibrant Port Grimaud (30–48 nm, depending on weather) — sun-drenched resorts with around 300 days of sunshine a year, nestled between green hills and the azure waters of the Mediterranean. Port Grimaud is often called the Venice of France.

May 4, 2026. We buy fresh fish at the market and sail to the Lérins Islands, Cannes, or Antibes with its atmospheric medieval center (weather permitting, 25–35 nm). If conditions allow, we anchor near Île Sainte-Marguerite, home to the Lérins Abbey and its sea-washed vineyards. The monks produce their own wines and liqueurs, available at the monastery shop.

May 5, 2026. Sailing to famous Saint-Tropez (25 nm). This charming seaside town inspired Matisse and Picasso. Visit the Gendarmerie & Cinema Museum, admire the waterfront with impressive yachts and stunning views, and explore the Citadel of Saint-Tropez and the Maritime Museum. The Italian Baroque church houses a bust of Saint-Tropez, the patron saint and protector of sailors.

May 6, 2026. After coffee in the famous port, at 10:00 we visit one of the oldest local wineries (dating from 1340) to taste six wines and local delicacies (about 1 hour from the marina). Sailing to Port-Cros Island — the wildest corner of the Golden Islands (25 nm). Fort de l’Estissac (a 15-minute walk from the port) is open to visitors. Behind the fort, a scenic trail offers breathtaking sea views and the scent of Aleppo pine.

May 7, 2026. Sail to Porquerolles Island, the largest of the Golden Islands (10 nm). A paradise island with ancient pine and eucalyptus groves, stunning bays with powdery white sand and crystal-clear water, and dramatic rocky shores.
