BOOKING GUIDE. HOW TO BOOK.

1. How to get quotations and information

The easiest way to receive information and a quotation is to contact us by email at challyacht@gmail.com and specify:

• the service you need

• the dates of the service

• the number of participants

• any additional requests

We will send you the requested information and a personalized quotation tailored to your needs as soon as possible.


2. Booking

Once you have chosen the best solution, you can book directly by email (challyacht@gmail.com).

At the initial stage, you may request a four-day option period during which you can confirm your booking.

To finalize the booking, please send us:

• a copy of a valid passport or ID card (required for the contract if you rent a boat)

• a copy of a valid nautical licence for the skipper

• an RTF (radio-telephone) certificate (not necessarily issued to the skipper)


3. Terms of payment

50% of the total amount is due upon booking confirmation.

The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 45 days before the start of the service.

Payment methods: bank transfer, Visa, and MasterCard.

After the prepayment, we will send you a booking confirmation.

After full payment, we will send you a service voucher.


4. If you rent a boat – two weeks before departure

Please send us an email (challyacht@gmail.com) with:

• a crew list including the details of all crew members

• your selected additional services


5. Welcome on board!

Embarkation / disembarkation times:

Embarkation: from 5:00 p.m.

Return: Friday evening before 6:30 p.m. (overnight in the marina)

Disembarkation: Saturday before 8:30 a.m.


6. Cancellation policy

• Cancellation up to 90 days before the start of the service — 25% of the total price

• Cancellation 90 to 50 days before the start — 60% of the total price

• Cancellation within the last 50 days before the start — 100% of the total price
