29.04.26. Meeting at Nice airport at 11-15 – flight BTi865 from Tallinn. 

Accommodation at a winery in an 18th-century castle, where a unique complex, run by the same family for 11 generations, awaits us: a Gallo-Roman villa, a 12th-century vaulted cellar, and a Cru Classé vineyard. Cocktail competition. Three rounds: free creation, technical challenge, and mandatory product – will determine the champion.
30.04.26.Breakfast. In a 12th-century cellar, an audiovisual journey through time will take you from the time of Julius Caesar to the present day, exploring the history of Provence, the life of a winemaking monastery, and the history of a family over the centuries. Then, a magical attic with spirits from around the world. A liquor maker’s garden. Accompanied by a guide, you’ll search for plants, trees, and shrubs that form the basis of infusions: verbena, coriander, thyme, rosemary… A tour of the production facility and tasting. We’ll move on to another castle, a winery, and at 6:00 PM, we’ll thoroughly explore rosé wines, tasting four varieties. Overnight at the winery.
01.05.26. We’ll travel to another winery to discover 4 wines paired with local pastries. We’ll spend the night in an authentic 16th-century mill.
02.03.26.Aт 10:30 AM, we’ll meet a baker who will share his expertise. You’ll make your own French baguettes and bake them in a traditional wood-fired oven (1.5 hours).Transfer to the marina (1 h). Yacht check-in and grocery shopping.

03.05.26. Sailing to Sun Cavalier Sur-mer (30 nm).

04. 05.26.We buy fresh fish at the market and, weather permitting, sail to the Lérins Islands (33 miles). We anchor near Ile Sainte-Marguerite, home to the 5th-century Lérins Abbey and its sea-washed vineyards. The monks produce their own Lérins wines and liqueurs, which can be purchased at the monastery shop. If the weather doesn’t allow anchoring, we’ll go to Cannes.

05.05.26. Sailing to the famous Saint-Tropez (25 miles). This charming seaside town inspired Matisse and Picasso. The Italian Baroque church houses a bust of Saint-Tropezius, the patron saint and protector of sailors.

06.05.26. We have a cup of coffee in the famous port, and by 11:30, we’ll go to a winery to taste four wines and cheeses (approximately 1 h from the marina). Sailing to Lavandou (20 miles).

07. 05.26. Go to the winery by 10:30 (30 min). We’ll enjoy a tasting of the signature AUTHENTIC series—white, rosé, and red—as well as a tasting of 3 sparkling wines. Local snacks, local cheese, and sweet surprises will accompany the tasting. Sail to Porquerolles Island, the largest of the three Golden Islands (15 miles). A paradise island with ancient pine and eucalyptus groves, stunning bays with powdery white sand and crystal-clear water, and steep rocky shores.

08.05.26. Wine tasting at a winery 15 min’ walk from the marina. Red and white wines. Discover the unique taste of wines stored underwater at a depth of 30 meters for six months. Return to base (15 miles).

09. 05.26. Check-out and head to the winery-château to 11:00, where we’ll enjoy a castle tour and 6 wines. Transfer to the airport (30 min) for the 18:45 departure of flight BT866 to Tallinn.

30.09.26. Meet at Porto Airport on flight BT679 at 9:45 a.m. from Riga. Transfer to the winery (1 h). History of the wine region and a tour of the winery. 5-course lunch with coffee. Each course is served with a separate wine (3 hours). 
01.10.26. Breakfast at the hotel. Visit to two historic cellars with wine and port tasting. Interactive museum, Fado Show. Fado is a Portuguese musical genre recognized by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. 
02.10.26. Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer (1.5 h) to an ancient estate that belonged to the Cistercian order in the 12th century. The winery is located in a rustic paso, over 200 years old, typical of Galician rural architecture. One of the winery’s rooms is dedicated to the distillation of Albariño, Loureiro, and Caño. These Galician pomace brandies are part of the ancient art of augardenteiros. Tasting of four wines from three D.O. wine regions. Galicia paired with a wide selection of Galician cheeses (2 h): Quinta de Cuselo (Rosal – DO Rias Baixas), Valdamor (Albariño – DO Rias Baixas), Fragas do Lecer (Godello – DO Monterrey). Bancales Olvidados (Mencia – DO Ribeira Sacra). Overnight at a hotel with a thalassotherapy center (0,5 h).

03.10. 26. Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Vigo (1 h). Yacht check-in at 10:00, shopping.  Cruise to Baiona, a charming town with a fortress built in the 12th century. (24 nm). On the pier is an exact replica of the caravel La Pinta, which brought the first news of the discovery of America to this town over 500 years ago.
04.10.26. Passage to the picturesque old town of Muros, hidden at the foot of Mount Louro (42 nm). Muros has been declared a Historic-Artistic Monument due to its preserved original urban layout and architectural value. 
05.10.26. Muros – Portosín (5 nm). Trip to Santiago de Compostela, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the capital of Galicia, the most important religious shrine in Europe after St. Peter’s Basilica in Rome. The Praça do Obradoiro embodies all of Santiago: spirituality in the magnificent Cathedral; knowledge in the Paso de São Xerome (residence of the rector of the University of Santiago); power in the Paso de Rachoa (city hall); and hospitality in the Hostal dos Reis Católicos (former hospital for pilgrims, now a state hotel). 
06.10.26. Portosín – Vilagarcia (36 nm). Vilagarcia is a “three-in-one” city-state. Almost a hundred years ago, three ancient villages—Carril, Vilagarcia, and Vilajoã—merged to form the city, which competed to become the reigning king’s summer retreat. 
07. 10. At 10:00 a.m., we visit a winery. We’ll taste six wines and one of the signature liqueurs and brandies made from marc, prepared according to a family recipe, accompanied by local produce. Then we’ll make our way to the beautiful island of Illa da Toxa, navigating among the world’s largest shellfish farms, where mussels, oysters, and scallops are grown on rafts—platforms floating in the estuary (6 nm). These waters are home to the best seafood in Europe. The island is connected to the mainland by a bridge, which takes you to the seafood capital of O Grove.
10/08. Transfer to the tourist capital of the Rías Baixas, Sanxenxo (18 nm), and by 4:00 PM go to a winery. Tour of the vineyards and winery, followed by a wine tasting with exquisite cheeses.
09.10.26. Return to Vigo (18 nm). Yacht check-out at 8:00 PM. Overnight in Vigo, the largest city in Galicia. The old town of Casco Vello features streets of artisans and fishermen, and an oyster street.
10.10. Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Porto airport (2 h) for the 16:40 departure flight BT680 to Riga.

11-00. Immerse yourself in the peaceful and cheerful atmosphere of a historic noble house and farmhouse designed in the 16th century. The wines are produced in limited quantities in the vineyard surrounding the villa, in the beauty of the Brenta Valley, an ideal and unique place for growing grapes. Here we taste 5 wines, combined with a tasting of local delicacies. Also included is a tasting of Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced in the hilly family estate. Transfer to the Dolomites.

Walk along the river bank, the historical wine area of ​​Feltrina, a tour of the cellar, and a tasting of 5 wines with gastronomic accompaniment. We have a night near the Dolomites.

01.05. Breakfast. Transfer to the wine region of Conegliano-Valdobbiadene.

11-00. Immersion in Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG. Walk along the rows of vineyards to discover the Prosecco hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. At a beautiful panoramic point, we will taste 5 wines – Prosecco Superiore DOCG brut, extra dry, Rive, brut nature, and Metodo Classico zero dosage with local pastries, mixed local cold meats, and cheeses with sweet and sour pickled vegetables.

Transfer to a medieval villa. We discover an old garden, a large lobby of a historic villa, a family chapel, and 16th-century cellars. During the tasting, we will learn how 7 wines can embody love for local traditions. Wines: Prosecco Extra Dry DOC Treviso, Brut VSDQ, Manzoni Bianco IGT Veneto, Bianco dell’Arnaza DOC, Rosso dell’Arnaza DOC, Raboso del Piave DOC, Villa Giustinian IGT Veneto. Accompaniment: Assorted cold meat and local cheese.  Night in a medieval villa.

02.05. Breakfast. Trip to Padua. Prato della Valle is one of the largest squares in Europe. In the center of the square is a large island surrounded by a canal and decorated with statues of famous people associated with Padua. Basilica “il Santo”, built in the 13th century, with bell towers in oriental style. Caffè Pedrocchi, built in 1826. Many historical buildings. Transfer to Treviso airport for flight FR8119 at 20-55 to Riga

03.05.25 Check-in in marina Izola, Slovenia, food purchase. Izola is a charming Venetian medieval town with narrow streets, a church on a hill and numerous parks.

04.05. Passage to Porec, an ancient Croatian town on a small peninsula with a magnificent embankment. The ruins of the temples of Neptune and Mars (1st-2nd centuries AD), the Church of St. Euphrasia (6th century) – protected by UNESCO, houses in the Venetian Gothic style, a Roman square. On the island of St. Nikola is the oldest lighthouse in the Eastern Adriatic (1409).

05.05. Passage to Chioggia – the oldest city in the Venetian Lagoon (500 years older than Venice). Canals squeezed by the walls of old pile houses, wrought iron balconies with hanging flowers in pots, low bridges with lanterns.

07.05. Venice is one of the most unusual and beautiful cities in the world.  There are about 200 magnificent palaces in the city, the most famous of which is the Doge’s Palace. The famous St. Mark’s Cathedral is on the square with the same name. The neighboring island of Burano was a center of lace, and Murano – glass and mirrors.

08.05. Passage to Piran – one of the most beautiful towns on the Adriatic coast. Houses are closely located on narrow streets. The architecture of Piran acquired an Italian look when in the 13th century the locals signed an agreement with Venice. 

09.05. Return to Izola.

10.05. Check-out, transfer to airport Treviso.
