14.03.25. Meeting at Barcelona airport at 13-20. We travel to the Cava region for a tasting and hands-on experience of disgorging – the extraction of the yeast sediment collected in the neck of the bottle during the final stage of cava production. Everyone disgorges their bottle, decorates it, and takes it away. Then we taste 3 cava.
15.03.25. Breakfast. Transfer to Palamós. 11:30 – tasting 3 young wines and 3 premium wines, olive oil, and homemade products. Check-in yacht, shopping. Passage to Estartit – a small ancient town opposite the protected Medes Islands (17 nm).

18.03.2025. Banyuls. At 10:45 and 15:00 – tastings of the wines of Collioure and Banyuls in two wineries. Banyuls has earned its reputation for its famous natural sweet wines, exported worldwide since the 19th century. Passage to Port-Vendres (5 nm).
19.03.2025. Walk to Collioure (2 km) – a historical town surrounded by mountains and terraced vineyards, which inspired Matisse, Cezanne, Picasso, and Chagall. There are branching streets and cozy coastal cafes. Artists called this town a gift of fate with its fortresses and special, bohemian, and almost homely atmosphere. The main face of Collioure is the royal fortress and the chapel of the Notre Dame des Anges church, rising straight from the sea. Then we have passage to Calera (8 miles).
20.03.2025. 11-00. Winery in Calera. Tasting and comparison of wines of the Empordà region of 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013. Passage to Cadaqués (15 nm), a white-walled fishing town on the tip of Cap de Creus. It is a favorite place of many famous artists, including Picasso and Salvador Dali. Procida is the most original island of the Gulf of Naples. Internal staircases, arches and vaults, colorful houses. The ancient Abbey of St. Michael the Archangel, where valuable icons and frescoes are kept, stands on the walled cliff of Terra Murata, from where the settlement of the island began in the 16th century.
12.10. Passage to Sorrento. (18 miles). Sorrento is a city made famous by famous poets and singers, a real pearl of the Gulf of Naples. Sorrento is located on a terrace that drops steeply to the sea, from which an unforgettable view of the bay and dormant Vesuvius opens up. Visit to the famous thermal park “Gardens of Poseidon” – a delightful place with lush vegetation, where you can bathe in warm mineral springs with the most beneficial mineral water against the backdrop of a magnificent landscape. Wines aged in barrels (for example, the pearl of the Campania region – Taurasi) or in bottles (for example, Fiano and Greco); you will also taste those wines that – in addition to aging in barrels – are characterized by a special winemaking process (for example, “Cretazzone”, whose grapes are partially dried). A tour of the winery, which begins in the winemaking area and ends in the barrel room. At a beautiful panoramic point, we will taste 5 wines – Prosecco Superiore DOCG brut, extra dry, Rive, brut nature, and Metodo Classico zero dosage with local pastries, mixed local cold meats, and cheeses with sweet and sour pickled vegetables.
Transfer to a medieval villa. We discover an old garden, a large lobby of a historic villa, a family chapel, and 16th-century cellars. During the tasting, we will learn how 7 wines can embody love for local traditions. 04.05. Passage to Porec, an ancient Croatian town on a small peninsula with a magnificent embankment. The ruins of the temples of Neptune and Mars (1st-2nd centuries AD), the Church of St. Euphrasia (6th century) – protected by UNESCO, houses in the Venetian Gothic style, a Roman square. On the island of St. Nikola is the oldest lighthouse in the Eastern Adriatic (1409).
05.05. Passage to Chioggia – the oldest city in the Venetian Lagoon (500 years older than Venice). Canals squeezed by the walls of old pile houses, wrought iron balconies with hanging flowers in pots, low bridges with lanterns.

07.05. Venice is one of the most unusual and beautiful cities in the world. There are about 200 magnificent palaces in the city, the most famous of which is the Doge’s Palace. The famous St. Mark’s Cathedral is on the square with the same name. The neighboring island of Burano was a center of lace, and Murano – glass and mirrors.
08.05. Passage to Piran – one of the most beautiful towns on the Adriatic coast. Houses are closely located on narrow streets. The architecture of Piran acquired an Italian look when in the 13th century the locals signed an agreement with Venice.
