Kotor – It is a town with medieval churches, cathedrals, Venetian palaces. Kotor`s city walls were built between the 9th and 19th centuries. This wall is a unique example of fortification architecture in Europe. There are renaissance palaces and baroque towers. The abundance of cultural and artistic monuments has set Kotor on UNESCO’s list of protected cultural heritage.
Herceg Novi – Old Town (Stari Grad), fortified by Herceg (Duke) Stjepan Vukčić in the 15th century. Fortress Spanjola (1538) and Fortress Forte Mare (1687). The Savina monastery has three beautiful Orthodox churches and splendid views.
Bigova – a small fisherman village. The Blue Cave.
Budva – The Old Town is in Venetian style with historical and cultural treasures – a Roman necropolis, antique pylons, a pre-Christian basilica, many churches.
Rose – a typical Mediterranean village, built in the 18th century. Austro-Hungarian fortress Forte Rose.
Perast – one of the beautiful places in Kotor bay. Narrow streets and numerous renaissance, and baroque palaces.
